Our technical services team consists of energetic people with exceptional technical skills, who are able to assess complex situations on the spot, have a customer-centric mindset and function effectively across teams and companies under stressful situations.

You are:

Excellent in driving results in a matrix-structured organization, People oriented, strong in all forms of communications and driven by success. You have the technical chops and love being thorough in everything you do and have a natural “ownership” approach.

You will:

  • Lead all post sales delivery activities, from ensuring on-time, on-budget deployment, to conducting onsite calibration and user training, ensuring system is fully integrated and utilized.
  • Manage the technical aspect of on-going relationship with clients, drive proactive and periodic communications, system reviews and tuning.
  • Be the domain expert of our products and platform for our clients. Provide technical insight and operational recommendations to aid in their use of our solutions.
  • Act as a strong advocate for our customers and work closely with product and other internal functions to influence directions and future roadmaps.


Requirements


  • You Hold B.A./B.S. degree (Preferred engineering or computer science major).
  • You have  3+ years of experience in Technical account management positions. Prior experiences working in engineering, product management, and/or project management in the high tech industry are a plus.
  • You have Knowledge in relevant technologies: Telecom networks architecture, CCTV cameras solution, Surveillance/Defense industry, Video Cameras industry .
  • You are a self-starter, tech-savvy professional with strong analytical skills, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • You are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • You are fluent in English, additional Languages are a plus.
  • You have excellent communication & presentation skills, comfortable working with c-level executives.
