About the Oosto Partner Program

The Oosto Partners Program offers numerous benefits to support our channel partners’ business growth. We appreciate the increased commitment that this relationship fosters. The value that we deliver to your business through the program builds on our expertise in the AI space combined with business and marketing excellence.

Channel partners will receive certain benefits under the program per their tier: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier level represents the degree of engagement and resources invested into the partnership. It also correlates with the level of loyalty and sales performance achieved by a partner as a result of meeting certain requirements. A detailed breakdown is listed in Oosto’s Partners Program brochure.

Partnership requirements can vary by certification status and other factors. Once a partner fulfills the relevant requirements, Oosto will promote them to the appropriate partner level.

In addition to the tier discount, partners may also benefit from Market Development Funds (MDF), co-branded marketing content, a deal registration program, preferred sales engineering support and integration services discounts.

What is Oosto’s sales model?

Oosto operates a channel sales model. We collaborate with a network of resellers to market and deliver our products worldwide.

Oosto provides the partner with discounts based on our price list, in accordance with their partner’s tier level. Pricing for the end user is at the discretion of the partner.

The partner tier represents the level of mutual commitment and resources invested into the partnership. It also correlates with the level of loyalty and sales performance achieved by a partner as a result of meeting certain requirements.

Channel partners will receive certain benefits under the program per their tier: Silver, Gold and Platinum. A detailed breakdown is listed in Oosto’s partner program brochure. Partnership requirements can vary by certification status and other factors . Once a partner fulfills the relevant requirements, Oosto will promote them to the appropriate partner level.

Oosto's price list will be provided by Oosto's channel managers. Oosto may update our pricing from time to time, which will apply within 30 days from the publishing date. Oosto will make our best efforts to notify partners upon the price change; however, the partner acknowledges that it is their responsibility to check with Oosto for any pricing updates.

Level discounts are discounts given on the price list. A higher level discount can be earned throughout the calendar year by advancing to a higher tier level. Partners will receive the applicable discount rate according to their level. Once a partner advances to a higher level, they will receive the new discount rate on the next purchase. Contact your local sales representative if you are not sure of your eligibility.

Starter Credit is our way to assist new channel partners in establishing their first reference customer. Each new Gold/Platinum partner is entitled to receive three (one year), complimentary licenses for their first deployment. We believe that seeing is believing. Therefore, these licenses are meant to help our partners deploy their first flagship sites. Oosto may also provide partners with additional demo licenses, depending on the partner’s level. To register your Starter Credit Licenses and gain access to product downloads, please contact your channel manager.

Your 2022 Partner Level (aka: “tier”) is based on agreed-upon business goals, historical business achievements, mutual projects, vertical and product alignment. In 2022, sales attainment will be considered the main factor in moving between tiers.

Absolutely! Surpassing your tier’s sales threshold will immediately move you to the next level (assuming all other, “non-sales” requirements are met). All the new benefits will be automatically updated. A higher discount will be applied starting with your next deal.

Sharing is caring! We use Monday.com as our main platform for partnership activities. Each Gold and Platinum partner will get their own access to our mutual activity board. This platform enables you to view, share and track the status of opportunities, projects and joint marketing initiatives.

To register a deal you have to fill out our Deal Registration from. Feel free to connect with your channel manager as well. We want to make sure we’re capturing all relevant information so we can better support you. We also encourage our partners to share business opportunities on their personalized Monday board.

Oosto recommends that you use the latest version of Oosto software, since each new version includes incremental improvements, fixes, updated algorithms/neural networks and at times, new features.We do our best to inform our partners on new version releases while pushing product updates through different channels, including Partners newsletters, quarterly product update sessions and our online Partners Portal.

Exclusive benefits are detailed in the table. In addition to a higher discount, higher tier partners enjoy dedicated sales, marketing and prioritized technical resources, as well as exclusive tools and platforms to boost our joint business.

Onsite/Virtual Training: We provide periodical personal training sessions based on the partnership tier level. Our sales and technical teams will provide our partners with our best tools to sell, implement and educate your customers on Oosto’s video AI-based solutions.

Oosto LMS: Once you become an Oosto Business Partner, your sales representative will provide you with login credentials to Oosto’s Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS contains useful information about Oosto products, technologies and architecture.

Oosto Partners Portal: Once you become an Oosto Business Partner, your sales representative will provide you with login credentials to Oosto’s Partner Portal. The online portal includes user manuals, how-to articles, marketing collateral and troubleshooting guides.

We train our channel partners how to present, sell and support our different products.
After your partnership tier is established, partners are invited to attend class or virtual training.

In addition, Oosto will oversee and accompany the first two field experiences (pilots or implementations). At the end of this process, Oosto’s team will conduct a professional evaluation to assess whether you have the right knowledge level and enough hands-on experience to operate independently. If successful, you will become Oosto-certified.
