Our technical services team consists of energetic people with exceptional technical skills, who are able to assess complex situations on the spot, have a customer-centric mindset and function effectively under stressful situations.

You will:

  • Lead presales activities from early engagement with customers, while working closely with the Sales and other internal teams in the company to build end-to-end intelligent solutions that fit customers’ requirements
  • Lead the solution process, from initial analysis of understanding customers needs and requirements gathering, through tailoring the technological solution, leading marketing and pricing strategies, while understanding the competitive landscape. Working in a cross organization matrix structure including R&D, Product Management, Project Management and other internal teams
  • Manage Customer-facing activities, including responding to RFI/RFP, facilitation of commercial and technical sessions, confirming customer requirements, and presentations of our wide portfolio of intelligent solutions.
  • Arrange site visits and lead product solution demonstration and Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle.
  • Identify project proposal requirements and engage others for additional support, as needed.
  • Prepares detailed technical and commercial proposals.
  • Interact with the regional sales team as well as the client on a daily/weekly basis to gather requirements/ provide updates.
  • Coordinate with decision makers to translate business questions into point of view solutions for client needs.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, efficient and effective.
  • Be involved in the development of the company through pre-sales/operational support


  • You Hold B.A./B.S. degree (Preferred engineering or computer science major).
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Presales/Technical Sales positions.
  • You have Knowledge in relevant technologies: Telecom networks architecture, CCTV cameras solution, Surveillance/Defense industry, Video Cameras industry .
  • You are a self-starter, tech-savvy professional with strong analytical skills, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • You have the ability to write comprehensive technical and marketing documents in English.
  • You are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • You are fluent in English, additional Languages are a plus.
  • You have excellent communication & presentation skills, comfortable working with c-level executives.
