Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre Sales Engineer with extensive knowledge and experience in AWS/similar Cloud platforms. As a Pre Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise, product demos, and solutions architecture support to potential customers. Your deep understanding of AWS and related Cloud technologies will enable you to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services, ultimately driving successful customer engagements and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop effective solutions leveraging AWS and related Cloud technologies.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demos to showcase the capabilities and features of our offerings, tailored to customer needs.
- Translate customer business requirements into technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling proposals, technical responses, and solution documentation.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on the architecture and implementation of Cloud solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical challenges and present appropriate solutions, addressing their pain points.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback, identify product enhancements, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive successful outcomes.
- Frequent Travel is required (50% - 80%).
