We are looking for a Sales Operation Manager to join our growing team in NYC.


  • Experience in Sales Operations Role
  • Overall responsibility for operating the company’s CRM database (sales force): accounts, opportunities and deals, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the database
  • Contribute to defining and enforcing business operations policies
  • Work closely with the Salesforce administrators and developers to further enhance our database tools and dashboards
  • Analyze CRM data to provide business analysis, insights, forecasting and recommendations
  • Order management end-to-end: support the sales team with data, quotes, order receipt and booking
  • Work closely with the CRO to monitor the sales funnels, booking and revenue, tracking business performance vs. targets 
  • Provide the finance department with data, contributing to the creation of periodical financial reports
  • Work with sales, finance and legal teams on contract renewals
  • Support executives and the business teams' data driven decisions


  • Proficient and experienced in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Skilled and experienced in data analysis and presentation of business results
  • At least 3 years experience in sales operation with global company in the Hi-Tech industry
  • Business process orientation, good understanding of sales cycles
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, independent and results driven
