About The Position


As a Senior Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and closing business opportunities through a consultative and solutions-oriented approach. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products and services. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and achieve revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Trusted advisor, consultative solution selling of Oosto technology
  • Business development - must have proven track record of pipeline development
  • Account/Opportunity Management - must follow a process to understand prospects' businesses, challenges, and desired outcomes to effectively position our solutions.
  • Engage in consultative sales conversations with key stakeholders to uncover their needs and pain points often with partners involved.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and stay up-to-date with product enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes that address the specific requirements of prospects.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline, including updating CRM systems (salesforce) and providing regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Frequent Travel is required (50%).


  • Prior enterprise sales experience (minimum of 5 years) solution selling an intangible product
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, currently in the top 5% of sales at your company.
  • Must be a hunter sales professional
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with senior level executives
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills in long sales cycle, high dollar sales
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
  • Familiarity with Sales force and sales productivity tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
