Integration and Support Engineer

We are a fast-growing company that is seeking a talented and experienced Integration and Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oosto products.

You are:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalץ Organized, quick to learn, feel and execute.

You will:

  • Ensure successful implementation of all Oosto products.
  • Provide technical assistance to sales representatives during product demonstrations.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support as an escalation step between R&D and the support team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues with technical teams.
  • Identify, modify, and add new software enhancements.
  • Contribute to testing and debugging capabilities to ensure Oosto's solution and system quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to Project Management teams.
  • Help customers optimize their usage of Oosto products.
  • Use customer feedback to improve Oosto's products and technical best practices.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management teams and R&D
  • Approve technical documents before release and provide technical training to customers and internal teams.


  • You have experience as a Professional Services Engineer or Field Service Engineer -for at least 3 years at Hi-tech Companies.
  • You have knowledge of production, SW infrastructure, and Network, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve up to T2/T3 level issues.
  • You have experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Dockers, Nginx, and HW (Server, Storage, Network).
  • You have knowledge of electrical/network infrastructure, in reference to Data Centres.
  • You have basic knowledge of switches/routers, network processes, and protocols.
  • You are familiar with API concepts and know how to work with Postman.
  • You have proven technical troubleshooting and fault isolation skills in a multi-platform system environment.
  • You are willing to travel abroad up to 30%.
  • You must be fluent in English.

It would also be nice if you have: 

  • You hold a B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in software and/or a technologically relevant field.
  • You have experience in Python/Ansible /Bash scripting.
  • Understanding of System Architecture and SQL basic queries.
  • You are familiar with ticketing systems such as Salesforce/Jira.
  • You are experienced in both cloud-based and on-premises service and technology environments.
