Avi Golan

CEO
Avi Golan is CEO and responsible for all aspects of Oosto’s business and strategy. Golan has worked at companies like SoftBank Vision Fund, Google, Intuit and Air New Zealand in different leadership and investment roles, where he led large organizations across multiple products and verticals. Prior to that, Avi spent 12 years in technology and leadership roles at several software startups. Avi also serves on board of multiple private companies, early to late stage, mentoring and supporting founders in areas of GTM, globalization, product and technology.

Dieter Joecker

Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Joecker will support the delivery of Oosto’s vision AI capabilities which fuels our touchless access control and watchlist alerting solutions and strengthen the company’s position as a core technology provider to original equipment manufacturers. Prior to Oosto, Joecker spent 13 years at Bosch as CTO of video security and sees the potential for ultra-accurate facial recognition in safety applications.

Dean Nicolls

Chief Marketing Officer
Nicolls has more than 25 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on cloud services, including roles at Jumio, TeleSign, Starbucks, Microsoft and a variety of early stage cloud-based security companies. As CMO, Nicolls manages branding, demand generation, channel marketing, PR and analyst relations and is passionate about making the world a safer place with user-centric physical and cyber security solutions.

Adi Nativ

Chief Revenue Officer
Nativ oversees Oosto’s Go-to-Market strategy and execution, leading global Sales, Services, Partnerships, Business Development and Sales Operations. Nativ has over 25 years experience in the hi-tech industry, most of which was with RADWIN, a leading broadband wireless solutions provider, where he held several executive positions, including Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Marketing. During his career, he initiated and oversaw strategic initiatives and projects, as well as developed and managed partnerships with world-class market players, top telecommunications vendors, system integrators and service providers. Adi has a master’s degree in electronics engineering from Tel-Aviv University. Prior to RADWIN, he served as Director of Strategy and Business Development at Actelis Networks and held management positions in an elite R&D unit of the Israeli MoD.

Nir Feller

Chief Financial Officer
Nir Feller is our CFO and Oosto's newest executive hire. Feller has over 20 years of experience as a senior finance leader and CFO at global technology companies. He brings vast business and finance expertise in driving business to growth, building finance capabilities, business processes, leading M&As, fundraising, and accounting and tax. In his previous roles, Nir worked at Nasdaq and TASE listed companies including, Sapiens International and Formula Systems. Prior to that, Nir worked at Emblaze, Publicis and BDO. Nir is a CPA and holds an MBA in business management and BA in accounting.

Gil Banyas

Vice President of Global Operations & General Counsel

As VP Global Operations & General Counsel, Banyas leads our global operations and legal affairs and is responsible for our commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and global operations matters. Banyas brings over 10 years of experience providing legal counsel to technology companies of all sizes, from early-stage to publicly listed companies, with experience as an external advisor and as an in-house counsel for global technology companies.

Dganit Hassine Zahavi

VP People
Ms. Hassine Zahavi brings over 20 years of experience as an executive HR leader with broad strategic experience, strong leadership capabilities, and deep business understanding. Dganit has a proven record in managing and building a strong HR global team providing scaled HR programs and solutions promoting business and people needs. She’s passionate about creating and promoting a culture of personal and professional development that will contribute to employees’ engagement, motivation, and well-being.

Marios Savvides

Chief AI Scientist
Professor Marios Savvides serves as Oosto's Chief AI Scientist focusing on early-stage research in object, body, and behavior recognition. Savvides is an Endowed Professor in Artificial Intelligence at Carnegie Mellon University where he directs the CMU CyLab Biometrics Center. His research has been focused on developing core AI and machine-learning algorithms that were successfully applied for robust face detection, face recognition, iris biometrics, and most recently, general object detection and scene understanding. Savvides has generated over 35 patents and patent publications, and over 50 unpublished patent applications to date. He has published over 250 publications in this space and is the recipient of 6 Awards in recognition of his research accomplishments. Savvides holds a Masters Degree in Robotics and a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Cole Van Nice

Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Elysian Park Ventures

Van Nice is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Elysian Park. He has been operating, advising, and investing in start-up companies since 2000 and continues to see the world through the eyes of an entrepreneur. When he’s not on an airplane, you can usually find him working with entrepreneurs in front of a whiteboard. Prior to Elysian Park, Van Nice was the CEO of Flyby Media, and prior to that, a Partner with Chart Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm, and a cofounder of Darby Technology Ventures, the venture capital arm of Darby Overseas Investments.

Amit Lubovsky

Director, Softbank Vision Fund
Amit Lubovsky is an investor at Softbank Vision fund and a board member for Oosto, He has more than 20 years of experience in the technology space. Prior to Softbank, Amit led the development of the first paid mobile product at Salesforce. Earlier Amit co-founded and sold CrowdX a mobile data analytics platform and Tawkon a mobile app that empowers cell phone users to live a healthy lifestyle by enabling them to control exposure to their phone’s radiation. Prior to that Amit held Software and product roles at Texas Instruments, Infineon and Rad group. Lubovsky graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tel Aviv university majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science and earned his MBA from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).

Partner, DFJ Growth
Fort is a Partner at DFJ Growth and joined the firm in 2010. He has led or co-led the firm's investments in Oosto, Cylance, DataRobot, DataStax, Dutchie, Formlabs, Front, Outreach, Salt Security, Sisense, Sysdig, and Yellowbrick Data. His areas of interest include enterprise applications and infrastructure, financial technology, and products leveraging advancements in AI.

Shira Fayans Birenbaum

Shira Fayans Birenbaum is a highly experienced board member with a long-distinguished track record of more than 25 years in B2B and B2C, leading digital transformation, strategic change, innovation, business performance and operations, channels, marketing and sales, recruitment and culture. Shira serves today as a board member at AudioCodes Ltd. (NASDAQ: AUDC, TASE: AUDC), at POMVOM Ltd. (TASE: PMVM), at ION Acquisition Corp (NYSE: IACC), at RiskQ Ltd. NY and at Anan Datacenter Solutions Ltd. (Lian Group Switzerland).

Shira has held executive positions including COO and CMO of Microsoft Israel, President global of Cympire Cyber simulation Ltd., CEO and Entrepreneur of “Half Bill of The Phoenix investment group, Executive Director of strategic change and sales in PricewaterhouseCoopers consulting and Senior Director of Strategy, Marketing and growth engines in Orange Israel (Partner communications Ltd). Shira holds an MBA and BA both from Tel Aviv University.

Varun Jain

General Partner, SE Ventures
Jain is a General Partner at SE Ventures, a $565M venture capital fund backed by Schneider Electric. Based out of Palo Alto, California, Varun is searching for startups that are using AI and IoT to transform the way we run buildings and factories, how we consume energy and how we commute. He has managed a portfolio of over eighty companies that represented more than $100M in invested capital and included breakout companies such as Cruise Automation, Zoom, 99, Noom, Clearmotion, Spyce, Bounce and many others. He has been regularly featured in leading technology publications and recognised among the top twenty rising stars in the corporate venture industry.

Joshua Stein

Joshua Stein is an attorney by profession and for the past ten years has divided his time between his firm and companies in which he is invested. Invested in AnyVision in 2016, as part of the Stolero Group which was the first investor in Oosto, and has since served on the board as a representative of the Stolero Group.
